About Me

One of my greatest passions is working alongside others to find empowerment and healing within themselves. I firmly believe that every person is capable of great things but life and the traumas that come with this world have a way of getting us stuck.

I have an eclectic background working in a wide variety of mental health environments including teaching at an alternative school for youth with behavioral/emotional struggles, facilitating trauma-sensitive yoga in refugee camps in the Middle East, and working with those struggling through acute mental health crisis and psychosis. In addition, I have personal experience working through complex trauma, ADHD, and teen pregnancy/parenting.

In my free time I love to travel, watch trashy TV like Vanderpump Rules with my partner, hike, and read a good Octavia Butler or N.K. Jemisin book. I’m also incredibly passionate about social justice, harm reduction, and creating a more equitable world.
