Refill Requests
How to Request a Refill
To request a refill please take the following action. Please allow 7 days for processing of all refill requests. More time may be needed if there is a prior auth required from your insurance company. An initial assessment will be required with our provider prior to issuing any refills or prescriptions.
- Call your pharmacy to see if you have a refill on file. If your refill is a controlled substance (ie adderral, vyvanse) you may need to speak to a pharmacist in order to complete the refill request.
- If you have no refills on file with your pharmacy, you may send us a secure message through your MYIO portal to the refill request inbox or call our offices to begin the refill requests.
- We request you have an appointment on file for all refill requests
