Lauren works with adolescents and adults (ages 12 and up) using a therapeutic approach grounded in person-centered therapy. To tailor their approach to clients’ unique needs, they draw from a variety of other evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and SFBT.

Lauren received their Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University in 2026.

Lauren prioritizes accessibility for each client and is dedicated to providing the best mental health care possible in a way that takes into account the individual’s unique needs. Lauren believes that everyone deserves to feel valued and worthy, and through personalized work that emphasizes clients’ unique strengths and experiences, they strive to help clients move closer towards their own sense of self-worth. They appreciate getting to know the whole person and providing them with an outlet to unmask and embrace their most authentic selves.
In their free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family (including pets) and friends, going to concerts, drawing and painting, and playing piano.
