Clinical Specialties

Ashley works with clients ages 8 and up, providing compassionate, client-centered support. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, substance misuse and harm reduction, PTSD, grief, and major life transitions. She is especially passionate about working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, creating a safe and empowering space for healing.

Education

Ashley holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Iowa, which she completed in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Iowa State University. Ashley is currently practicing as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care to individuals and communities.

Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She is an avid reader, dedicated ultra runner, and passionate travel enthusiast who values curiosity and adventure both personally and professionally.
