About Me

Family-centered, quirky, board game enthusiast, plant lover, dedicated dog mom, adventurer, technical psychology nerd, open-hearted, and lifelong learner – these are some of the traits that I really value about myself. I am deeply invested in my vegetable garden from spring to fall and may bring some of my bounty in the office to share with our Rooted Insights community. I’ve recently learned new ways to preserve food, allowing me to flex one of my values as a lifelong learner. I try to spend my time outside of work in meaningful ways with my family and friends, traveling, playing, and resting. Working with me, you will see elements of who I am in the therapist's office.

You’ll probably hear me say, “Okay, I have a weird question for you…” My approach as a therapist is a casual clinician with strong ethical boundaries. The therapist-client relationship can be incredibly healing, and it’s my goal to help you feel safe enough to discover who you are, and that requires me showing a little bit of who I am too. I am looking forward to working together, person to person, to support you in the ways you are needing.
